Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2025 · Version 1.0
These Terms of Service govern your access to africanmarkethub.site and your use of the African Market Hub platform. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
2. Website Use
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish its content without written permission. All content is protected by copyright.
3. Marketplace Role
African Market Hub operates as an online marketplace connecting independent vendors with buyers. We are not the seller of record for third-party products. Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, and fulfilment.
4. Orders & Payment
Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is processed by third-party providers. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability — vendors may cancel orders due to stock issues.
5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping is handled by individual vendors. Delivery times and return policies vary by vendor. Buyers should review vendor-specific policies before purchasing.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including product safety, labelling, and tax obligations. African Market Hub reserves the right to remove vendors who violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, African Market Hub Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the marketplace. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador.
